The Miami Marlins made historical past on Friday, hiring Main League Baseball’s first feminine and Asian American common supervisor in Kim Ng.
New York Yankees common supervisor Brian Cashman, like many, is a giant fan of the Marlins’ hiring. Ng labored with Cashman as an assistant common supervisor from 1998 to 2001, successful three championships with the franchise.
In a press release, Cashman praised the brand new Marlins common supervisor, saying that nobody is extra deserving of the position.
